Local Delivery
Local delivery under £200 is at a fixed price per order. Orders £200 or over will qualify for free local delivery. Delivery is usually made within 1 - 2 days.
Standard Delivery 1-3 Days
Delivery rate is calculated on a mileage charge from our warehouse when you enter the postcode of the delivery location at checkout. Your delivery will then be carried out by our own transport vehicles within 1 - 3 days.
Outside our Delivery area
If you see the following message:
Delivery is available outside our coverage range but please contact us on 01639 884261 for a quote as your delivery may require a courier service to deliver you goods.
Delivery via our own transport
The following applies due to insurance issues
- We offer delivery to the front or rear of a property, either to the kerbside, driveway, or nearest point.
- Should our driver/vehicle be instructed to leave the public highway, all responsibilities/liability are with the homeowner, contractor, builder or whoever directed driver/vehicle onto property.
- Deliveries cannot be carried into the front, rear, downstairs or upstairs, of any home or building.
- For your delivery day please await confirmation from ourselves via phonecall or email.
- We must be informed of any access problems that may result in the delivery being rescheduled and incurring a additional delivery charge.
- Unforeseen circumstances may result in re-scheduling a delivery and incurring a additional delivery charge.
Delivery via courier transport
The following applies regarding courier transport deliveries:
- Delivery will be made to nearest curbside
- Area must be on flat, level ground and not on steep hill or incline
- Premises must be easily accessible ie no cars/vehicles blocking road, no double yellow lines outside premises etc
